Part 1
Few weeks back doctor diagnosed me with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Since then I hv been controlling my food intake. Though I should probably not eating all my fave (ice cream, spicy foods, salted foods, choc, big meals), it actually helps me in a very good way!
First, I am monitoring my food intake and make sure I eat a lot of fiber and healthy one
Second, I didnt skip any meals and only eat small meal (frequent)
Third, I reduced some weights due to healthy diet.
The bad things are to suffer some constipation problem, bloated tummy like pregnant woman (well ppl actually give me a sit in LRT), nausea and couple of shameful things with my body.
Things were getting better this week so I started eating back like I used before. Taking chocolate, skip meals, eat big meL for dinner and launch and today the pain came back. I should have controlled my diet :( Lesson learned!
Anyway, by all means I hope this IBS isn't real! Maybe sakit perut biasa je or gastrik? Shall go to GH again.
I can now wear my 2009's baju kurung!

cara kamu dah betul tapi berapa kali makan buah dan sayur? berapa besar ur serving size? berapa gelas air kamu minum?
maksudnye mcm xmkn bfast, xlunch, tbe2 dinner makan banyak..macam tu la serving normal tp my tummy cannot take it..kena makan sikit2 je tp kerap!..air mmg minum byk2..sayur + buah kurang sikit :P
huhu..kina makan tak ikut cara betul..tp skg dah makin gemuk gak...
